In 2006 Peet Koekemoer started designing bonus / reward schemes for the mining industry. His first project working together with the client and other stakeholders, was to align the bonus scheme and rates on the entire Gold Fields South Africa operations. After completing the South Africa Operations, we were requested to align the International operations as well. In 2021 we were responsible in calculating more than R1,2 billion of bonuses per year in the mining industry for our existing clients. This includes from the “Cleaner up to the CEO”.
